Meet our Founder, Tracey Corea
Tracey is a HR trusted advisor with over 20 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Tracey specializes in providing on- and off-site Human Resource guidance for start-up and growing companies pursuing organizational success. As a passionate human resource professional and consultant, Tracey Corea has worked in a variety of industries including US and European venture-backed high-technology software and biotechnology startups, as well as Medical Device manufacturers, and hospitality organizations. With a proven track record of success in both public and private companies, Tracey possesses expertise in various domains. She has extensive experience in leading and developing HR teams across the world. For small businesses, making mistakes in human resource management can be costly. Therefore, Tracey assists her clients in a responsive, friendly, and transparent way. By guiding leaders through the many challenges that businesses face, including those that may be hidden, she helps them avoid lawsuits, noncompliance, and failed audits. This enables her clients' companies to flourish.
A native Californian, Tracey holds her B.A. degree in Liberal Studies from California State University, San Bernardino. Tracey has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP). Tracey is strong in California and Federal labor law compliance, as well as having experience with numerous other states in the US and internationally, including Mexico, Canada, France, Ireland, Germany and the UK.
Tracey has a strong belief in giving back to her community. Since a young age, Tracey has volunteered with many North County San Diego agencies that support our military, special needs, homelessness, animal welfare, and disadvantaged youth.
